An email for cheap flights to Morocco popped up instantly checking a bucket-list box. We were going to Morocco!

Wow. Landing in Marrakech then catching an hour flight to the Sahara desert where we’d spend three days learning Berber Nomadic ways of life and how to live in the desert. We were changed and inspired.

Enlightened, we return to Marrakech for a dizzying few days of vibrant stimulation, discovery and sourcing. Finding and re-finding our way through the mazes of the medina we realized the Nomads had it right:

No country. No religion. No age. Often, no shoes.
